How to take care of your LIEBLINGSPLATZ dog bed
Wood is a natural product. To preserve the natural wood and protect the surfaces from wear and tear, the veneer surfaces of the bed have been coated with a high-quality, transparent varnish, forming a water-resistant protective layer.
How to take care of the bed frame
Remove stains and liquids immediately. To do this, we recommend using a dry cloth for this purpose. For bigger stains, use a damp, soft cloth and add some neutral cleaning agent to the water. The cloth should only be damp and not soaked in order to prevent graying and swelling of the surface. Finally, be sure to rub the surfaces dry so that no residual moisture can settle. As additional care, and If necessary, you can apply a furniture polish (silicone-free) once a year to refresh the surface.
Attention: Do not use acids, alkaline cleaners, agents with bleaching additives (e.g. lemon), abrasives, steel wool, or sharp-edged objects.
How to take care of the bed cover
The cover made of acrylic fibers is easily removable by a zip and washable at 30° C (gentle wash). After washing, let the cover air dry. Do NOT put the cover in the tumble dryer. If necessary, iron the fabric on the lowest setting (synthetic). The fabric is easy to clean - almost all stains can be wiped off. For a long life, vacuum the dirt and dust regularly to avoid the dirt from penetrating deeper into the fabric.
How to take care of the mattress slipcover
The slipcover can be removed using a zip and can be washed at 60°C.
